    Job Position: Recruiter Specialist

    Location: Lalbagh, Mumbai

    Salary Upto: 7-8 Lacs P.A.

    Must have recruiting experience in the Hospitality industry

    Recruiter Specialist JD:

    -As a Recruitment Specialist at Hunger Inc., you will be an integral part of managing our company's entire recruitment cycle.

    -Our head office is in Lalbagh and this role will work on-site, with weekly travel to the Hunger Inc outlets based on the hiring needs.

Our online venture - enthucutlet is a bimonthly food mag that brings you unusual stories about food in India, and our all-day cafe Veronica's, holds a piece of Mumbai's heart in the iconic Jude Bakery and showcases the best sandwiches, coffee, bakes, and wine Our newest restaurant, Papa's launched in February 2024, boldly breaks the rules of Indian cuisine and fine dining to offer an elevated and adventurous interpretation of its comforting forms and flavors.

    The Bombay Canteen, O Pedro, and Veronica's are currently ranked among India's top 10 restaurants by Condé Nast Traveller India.

    Responsibilities:

    -Be responsible and accountable for the entire recruitment process

    -Apply effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques

    -Set processes to improve the efficiency of the recruitment cycle

    -Use job platforms, agencies, recruitment groups, etc. effectively to source candidates for all our brands

    -Work closely with hiring managers across brands to understand staffing needs and meet hiring goals

    -Perform reference and background checks for shortlisted candidates

    -Compile, negotiate, and send offer letters to selected candidates

    -Maintain database for job descriptions of existing roles and develop the same for all unique roles in the organization

    -Maintain talent pipeline for critical roles

    Requirements

    Qualifications

    -Min 4-6 years of recruiting experience in the Hospitality industry

    -Fluent communication and influencing skills in English & Hindi

    -Professional attitude, strong screening, and interviewing skills

    -Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel and any Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

    -Working knowledge of job portals like LinkedIn, , Indeed, etc
