- Develop and execute campus recruitment strategies aligned with the organization's hiring goals and objectives.
- Plan and coordinate campus events, information sessions, and other outreach activities to attract top talent.
- Partner with university career centres, student organizations, and faculty to promote the organization's brand and opportunities.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and design tailored recruitment plans for specific roles or departments.
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and evaluations of candidates to identify high-potential individuals.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, evaluations, and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system.
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Assist in the development of internship programs and initiatives to engage students and nurture talent pipelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovations in campus recruitment to continuously improve strategies.
- Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in campus recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR-related roles preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Flexibility to travel to different campuses and attend recruitment events as needed. Attributes:
