    Recruiter - DAY SHIFT
    This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Recruiter. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions within the company. Day-to-day tasks include posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.

    The Recruiter will also be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process and ensuring a positive candidate experience, creating reports.


    JD:
    Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's hiring needs for every role, and to meet competitive hiring goals and expectations
    Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles, helping managers find, hire, and retain quality candidates
    Foster high-touch relationships using a database of qualified candidates to choose from when positions become open
    Partner with senior managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruitment strategies
    Remain active with job boards, social networks, and platforms for finding quality candidates, and create and post job descriptions and announcements
    Should be target driven.
    Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and hiring.


    Requirement:
    Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition of 2-3years.
    Knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools -Naukri, LinkedIn etc.
    Ability to evaluate and screen candidates
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
    Attention to detail and accuracy
    Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems
    Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Human Resources.
    Experience in recruitment for freight forwarding or Logistics would be added advantage.
    Immediate Joiners are preferable.
    Should have experience with NON-IT recruitment.

    Location :
    Ghatkopar West, Mumbai (Opposite Shreyas Cinema Road)

    Day Shift : 9.00 am pm (Sat & Sun Off)

    Qualifications
    Experience in end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing
    Knowledge of recruitment best practices and trends
    Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with various stakeholders
    Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software
    Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
    Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
    Certification in HR or recruitment is a plus
