    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
    • 1-3 years of experience in accounting or a similar role
    • Knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws
    • Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Attention to detail and accuracy
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Prepare and maintain financial records, including ledgers, journals, and monthly closing procedures
    • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner
    • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations
    • Verify financial data for accuracy and resolve any discrepancies or errors
    • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal and external financial regulations
    • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to support financial planning
    • Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and provide insights for decision making
    • Manage and reconcile bank statements and cash transactions
    • Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations
    • Stay updated with accounting principles, regulations, and industry trends
