Primary Responsibilities:

• Program Management
• (Directly/Indirectly) Lead a team of robust individuals who drive vulnerability remediation and recommend security solutions to meet expectation from enterprise security policies
• Drive the development and implementation of policies, standards, guidelines, standard security review processes that result in effective methods for remediating or reducing security risks before and after product releases
• Demonstrate an ability to influence all project and portfolio partners; communicate relevant security information to both executive leaders and individual contributors in an effective manner.
• Perimeter Security
• Develop and implement information security policies, standards and procedures to secure and protect the client's perimeter and all contained information assets
• Manage and maintain perimeter security solutions to provide effective protection on border defenses, including Firewalls, VPN security, DMZ security, Proxy Services and remote access against internal and external threats
• Perform restorative and responsive actions through advanced technical skills, triage, analysis, response and remediation for security incident issues
• Work directly with user departments to implement procedures and systems for the protection, conservation and accountability of proprietary, personal or privileged electronic data
• Provide subject matter expertise and direct collaboration with other IT security professionals
• Ensure alignment of security policies/standards with IT infrastructure frameworks (e.g., ISO 2700x, NIST, ITIL)
• Endpoint Security
• Perform Endpoint Security Administrator tasks such as managing RBAC permissions including User Groups, Personas, Content Sets, Computer Groups and Module Action Groups
• Should be able to plan for client upgrades in maintaining a version status for all deployed products and policies along with platform upgrades and evaluate the new features in staging environment/test environment
• Experience in handling complex use case requirements and operationalize Endpoint Security Tools
• Support customer requests to troubleshoot issues and work with vendors and other stakeholders
• Creation and maintenance of all Endpoint Security related documentation covering configuration and operational guides
• Stakeholder Management
• Ability to produce effective metrics reporting the state of Operations
• Conduct stakeholder discussions at periodic intervals to ensure that stakeholders are updated about key Initiatives
• Be a point of contact for liaison for external and internal stakeholders
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

• years of mix of experience in Perimeter Security & Endpoint Security, SecOps - SIEM / SOC
• Experience with infrastructure implementations, management and operations
• Experience in dealing with external vendors and suppliers within the perimeter security industry
• Advanced analytical skills to investigate, analyze and remediate common and complex infrastructure and end-user security incidents
• Proficient knowledge of perimeter security and border protection technology, management, and monitoring tools such as Firewalls, VPN security, DMZ security, Proxy Services, IDS/IPS and remote access among other technologies
• Demonstrated experience of Firewall reviews and tunning
• Effective writing skills to provide clear and precise language suitable for the target audience
• Able to perform the upgrades and maintain the documentation with revision controls. Assist the teams for audit related data/evidence as needed
• Demonstrated knowledge of other Endpoint Security solutions in the industry
• Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure and IT Security tools required
• Familiarity with Unix and Windows operating systems and administrative tools
• Able to troubleshoot the issues across various Operating systems for the Endpoint Security related issues
• Manage and define the policies for Anti-virus, Anti-Malware and EDR solutions including creating and maintaining documentation and providing training to other team members
• Proven good understanding on the regulatory frameworks like HIPAA, PCI, GDPR and others
• A broad knowledge of information security principles
• Ability to work independently on initiatives with little oversight
• Solid analytical skills/problem solving/conceptual thinking; out-of-the-box thinkers
• Ability to identify, analyze, and address problems to resolve issues in a way that minimizes negative impact and risk to the organization
• Ability to be comfortable delivering messages across a wide spectrum of individuals having varying degrees of technical understanding
• Solid leadership skills and qualities which enable you to work with peers and various levels of management
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Highly motivated, self-driven individual with a desire for growth through learning.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in technology discipline from premier technology school.
• Certification: CISSP, CISM (Preferred)
• Solid analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
• In-depth understanding of competitor and industry dynamics.
• Experience working successfully in a high matrix organization.
