    JobOverviewWe are seeking askilled HVAC Sales Engineer with 4 to 7 years of experience to joinour team at National Aircon India Pvt Ltd.

    As an HVAC SalesEngineer you will be responsible for Independently generatingenquiries prepare estimations provide value engineering solutionsnegotiate with suppliers meet consultant/ client for technical andcommercial negotiations prepare detailed market analysis reports.

    Candidate must be capable of leading a team of engineers. Must bewilling to work anywhere in India. Must be open to learn profilesother than his area ofexpertise.
    Thisis a fulltime position based in Hyderabad Telangana India.

    Thesuccessful candidate will have a strong background in technicalsales excellent communication and negotiation skills and a deepunderstanding of HVACsales.
    Qualifications andSkills 1 to 3 years ofexperience in HVAC sales or a related field.

    Strong technical sales background with a proven track record ofachieving sales targets. Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to understand client requirements and provide appropriatetechnical solutions. Knowledge of HVACsystems and industry standards. Experiencein preparing proposals and conducting salespresentations. Good negotiation and closingskills. Selfmotivated with the ability towork independently and as part of a team.
    Proficiency in using CRM software and MSOffice.

    Bachelors degree in MechanicalEngineering or a relatedfield.
    Roles andResponsibilities Identifyingand developing business opportunities with new and existingcustomers by utilizing your product knowledge &applications experience in the HVAC market.

    Responsible for annual sales targets and sales growth of company.
    Securing longterm development of company sbusiness. Ensures quality standards aremaintained for both presale and postsale customer support and orderfulfilment. Call on and build relationshipswith new and existing customers contractors engineering andarchitectural firms. Initiate sales processprequalify customers/partners and coach sales through toorder. Preparation of sales proposalsestimates and take offs. Process and analysefeasibility assessments and/or all biddocuments. Maintain influence throughout allproject design technical and sales support to ensure sales andrelationship success Be independentgoaloriented and resultsdriven and have strong drive Preferredcandidateprofile
