- Should Be Customer focused for Increasing the Customer-base,Sustain a mutually rewarding Customer Relationship,Foster a robust Brand Loyalty,Possess an Awareness for the Organization's Technical and Economic competitiveness.
- Should have the Ability to be Innovative and to 'think on his/her feet' in order to offer solutions to the Customers that would be mutually rewarding.
- Should be able to objectively Self-assess his/her Customer Profitability (respective Customer-generated Profit Margins-to-Cost of Customer Relationship) AND to consistently increase on the Organization's existing Customer Base.
- Should be constantly on the lookout for Cost Optimization to both the Customer and the Organization AND to never shy away from Following up on overdue Payments from Customers post the successful closure / commissioning of the Order / Project.
