    Wify Technologies is a VC-funded fast-growing startup working in the home improvement and

    technology space. Wify fulfils the last-mile installation, after-sales service, and warranty for

    home improvement goods. Wify serves more than 20,000 homes on a monthly basis and will

    The Role

    You will be responsible for :

    • Working as a part of a multidisciplinary team to translate the ideas and plans for buildings into actual structures.
    • Overseeing workplace health and safety and ensuring it is in line with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements.
    • Providing clients with research, analysis and advice on complex real estate issues.
    • Building and maintaining a network of clients.

    Ideal Profile

    • You have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Real Estate.
    • You possess excellent communication and influencing skills, are organised and able to multi-task effectively.
    • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
    • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
    • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
