    Description

    We are looking for a creative and diligent candidate for driving the growth and marketing efforts at YourDOST. You would be responsible for managing inbound/ outbound lead generation, engagement and experience of the user community.

    Responsibilities:

    • Formulating & executing lead generation strategy across all inbound and outbound channels.
    • Working with the Marketing & Communications team closely to deliver results on lead generation and engagement.
    • Scale up our digital marketing efforts - email, performance, linkedin
    • Coming up with creative campaigns & content ideas for inbound lead generation, brand building through thought leadership.
    • Executing the same with support from content and design team.

    Requirements:

    • Must have experience in digital marketing - esp Email marketing, Facebook/ Google Ads.
    • Prior exposure to organic lead generation through Linkedin, Downloadable reports, toolkits etc will be a big plus.
    • Must have good communication skills to be able to coordinate and work with content/design teams.
    • Must be very very data and results oriented

    This role is for someone who is creative and also number oriented to be able to conduct creative campaigns which can boost lead generation/ branding for the organisation.
