    Description
    1. Assess and prioritize Director semails drafting responses when necessary and ensuring timelyfollowup
    on importantmessages.2. Arrange meetings appointmentsand conference calls for the Director liaising with internalandexternal stakeholders to find suitabletime slots.3. Assist in scheduling meetingswith prospective clients partners and stakeholders ensuring allrelevantparties are informed andprepared.4. Prepare agendas take minutes andmaintain records of meetings. Ensure action itemsaredocumented and followed upon.5. Set reminders for important deadlinestasks and events. Keep track of the Directors priorities andensuretimely completion ofassignments.6. Organize and maintain digitaland physical files including confidential information andsensitivedocuments.7.Make travel arrangements including booking flights hotels andtransportation and preparingtravelitineraries.8. Serve as a point of contactbetween the Director and clients and external partners conveyingmessagesaccurately andpromptly.9. Handle sensitive informationwith discretion and maintain confidentiality at alltimes.Experience / Skillset:1. Ability to manage multiple tasksdeadlines and priorities effectively.2.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the abilityto convey information clearlyandprofessionally.3.Strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks includingemail correspondence meetingpreparation anddocument management.4. Flexibility to adjustto changing priorities and work assignments and willingness to takeon newresponsibilities asneeded5. Capacity to analyze situationsevaluate options and make wellinformed decisions to supporttheDirectorsobjectives.TechnicalCompetencies:1.
