    Description

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Visual Merchandising

    • Design, and implement a creative visual merchandising strategy for retail stores. Coordinate with agency, Sales, Merchandising & Collection for VM solutions that are directed to achieve desired sales growth via store windows, entrance, zoning, navigation & communication.
    • Appealing and eye-catching visual displays that take shoppers from multiple stages – attract, engage, persuade & convert.
    • store & brand VM dockets that help maintaining Visual effectiveness in stores at brand level. Oversee the production and brief staff on arranging displays. Define displays to promote new product launches and reflect festive or seasonal themes.
    • regional training to Sales teams on VM skills and promotional display presentation.
    • RoI analysis of store interventions and impact on footfalls, conversion.
    • understanding: Own consumer shop-along research & how to invest in tech/apps to understand consumer behavior. Learn from camera-based analytics to propose and make changes in VM elements, hot spots, cold zones etc.
    • guidelines for planogram, store zoning, display strategy for gondolas, panels, and changes as part of VM guidelines and new store openings.
    • the VM AI-based app rollout to ensure VM standards for display, adherence, and feedback for action standards.

    Campaign deployment:

    • With Category marketing teams to plan campaign rollout – window banners,
    • Campaign Calendar in sync with marketing objectives for the year.

    • existing materials with sustainable materials to transition to eco-friendly materials.

    Retail Marketing:

    • Renovation & Facelift Store Openings - Cross-functional collaboration with BD & Project teams to identify and strategize project launch requirements 3-12 months in advance of market expansion for own retail & franchise stores.
    • updates on Google My Business for new store launches and removal for closed stores.
    • to store CRM base for sore closures, new store, and relocations.
    • and Deployment - Manage from inception to execution of multiple Looks Books inside store e.g., Bata Comfit, Bata Red Label, Sneaker Studio at Bata, Marie Claire etc.

    Finance, Commercial:

    • Budgets & expense control.
    • coordination with Marketing Head on Budget preparation & expense control. Design and manage VM budgets on regional and Corporate Level.
    • rate negotiations for marketing elements along with commercial team
    • efficiency of Retail activations and other activities for customer retention, footfall traffic, sell out, conversion etc.
    • with commercial team for annual rate negotiations.
    • sustainability from material production to the end of the life cycle. Leverage reduces, reuse & recycle philosophy.
