    Description

    Operations Advisor, Campaign Team

    The Enterprise Print & Distribution (EP&D) Campaign team develops specification documents and technical criteria for enterprise communications.

    The Operations Advisor participates in strategic communication campaigns on a project basis. They assist with data management and campaign execution tasks.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Use Unica IMO, Mail Merge, Quadient, and JIRA for campaign activities
    • Manage multiple projects with various teams
    • Develop project plans and obtain approval for campaign outcomes
    • Utilize company tools and databases effectively
    • Resolve member issues and improve processes
    • Collaborate with cross-enterprise partners to achieve goals
    • Perform data cleansing and formatting tasks
    • Create letter templates using Mail Merge and Content Management software

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in relevant software
    • Proficiency in SQL and programming languages
    • Experience in marketing services and direct marketing
    • Excellent communication skills for technical and nontechnical audiences
    • Ability to manage multi-channel marketing campaigns
    • Strong problem-solving and project management skills
    • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams
    • Familiarity with IBM Marketing Operation, Microsoft Office, and Mail Merge software
