Overview:

We are looking for a business communications specialist to help us effectively narrate our stories with simplicity and freshness to all our stakeholders, whether internal or external. You will be responsible for creating, editing, and distributing engaging content, such as newsletters, blog posts, presentations, reports, videos, podcasts and more. You will also be involved in organizing and managing events, such as webinars, conferences, and technical expos. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent writing and editing skills, the eagerness to infuse innovative ideas as well as a keen understanding of the latest trends and technologies in the tech and auto industries.
Responsibilities:
· You will intercept cultural / tech trending moments and create compelling content aligned to the company's strategic priorities.
· You will create and edit content for a variety of audiences and platforms, across formats including newsletters, announcements, articles, presentations, videos, podcasts, infographics and more.
· You will work closely with other team members to proactively ensure the right content reaches the right people at the right time.
· You will drive communications for organization-wide change management programs and be responsible for strategic campaigns (both internal and external) to drive awareness and build company reputation in specific areas.
· You will create and deliver owned content on a range of technical and people-related topics with measurable results.
· You will plan and execute events to support strategic priorities for the company.
· You will monitor and analyse the impact and effectiveness of communication activities and discover areas for improvement and innovation with communication tools and technologies.
QualifikationenQualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, technology, journalism, marketing, or related fields.
· Excellent writing and editing skills, with keen attention to detail and grammar. Solid understanding and interest in technology is a pre-requisite.
· Familiarity with the latest communication channels and platforms, such as web, email, social media, or video, with a fearlessly innovative approach to experiment with new tech tools.
· Knowledge of SEO, analytics, and content management tools.
· Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with different audiences and stakeholders.
· Highly adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
