    Responsibilities:
    1.LegalExpertise:
    • Possessan LL.B. degree with a minimum of 7 years of workexperience.
    • Indepth and uptodate knowledge ofkey legislations including Arbitration & Conciliation ActIBC (Insolvency & Bankruptcy Act) RDDBFI Act MCS Act andother civil and corporatelaws.

    2.DraftingSkills:
    • Demonstrateexcellent skills in independently drafting various Arbitraldocuments such as statement of claims reply rejoinder affidavit ofevidence and written submissions.
    • Proficient indrafting claims under sec 9 sec 7 of IBC Personal Insolvencypetitions applications under 12 A replies on behalf of borrowersagainst claims filed by secured creditors and other relevantpetitions.
    • Ability to draft SecuritizationApplications Intervenor Applications Writ petitions and replies to13(2) notices as well as replies to notices for classification asWillfulDefaulter.

    3.CourtRepresentation:
    • Extensiveexperience in appearing and arguing before various legal forumsincluding Arbitrator DRT High Court Metropolitan Magistrate CourtCooperative Court District Court CMM DMetc.
    • Stay updated on the latest judgmentspassed by the Honorable High Court and SupremeCourt.

    4.Legal ProceedingsManagement:
    • Organizeplan and schedule Arbitrationproceedings.
    • Identify advocates for Arbitrationproceedings and oversee and monitor the entireprocess.
    • Vet necessary documents related toArbitral proceedings.
    • Independently handleother litigation and nonlitigation matters concerning NCLT DRTSmall Causes Cooperative Courts Chief MetropolitanCourt.
