    As a Business Development Executive at LithLife, you'll play a critical role in driving the growth of our black mass sales.

    This position is essential for expanding our market presence and forging strong relationships with key industry players.

    Black mass, the concentrated mixture of valuable materials recovered from recycling lithium-ion batteries, is central to our sustainability efforts and business strategy.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and

    Implement Sales Strategies:
    Create and execute comprehensive strategies to drive the sale of black mass, targeting key markets and potential clients.

    • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential customers within the black mass industry.
    • Client Engagement and

    Relationship Management:
    Identify, engage, and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Build a robust client network and act as the primary point of contact.

    • Presentation and

    Proposal Development:
    Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and applications of black mass.

    • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and LithLife.

    Qualifications:

    • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Environmental Science, Engineering or related field.
    • Experience: 12 years of proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the renewable energy, recycling, or related sectors.
    • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the black mass market, its applications, and the recycling process of lithiumion batteries.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
    • Analytical Abilities: Proficiency in market analysis and sales forecasting, with a datadriven approach to decisionmaking.
    • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
