In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Servicing all type of Regulators/Breather valve/flame arrestor/Cryogenic/Steam Product/ Control Valves/Instruments as per customer requirement.
Serve current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and others in a position to understand service requirements.
Provides onsite service (onshore & offshore), technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests.
Ensure all service jobs to be completed within customer requirement,
Knowledge of different type valves and instruments.
Traveling onsite to troubleshoot the issues.
Good Workmanship.
Strive to support customer during emergency situations. Providing a high level of customer service
Supporting customers through technical and administrative activities.
Understanding customer needs and concerns.
Creating and submitting service reports, as well as keeping a customer complaint support register. Maintain current MRO sales accounts (product, spares, and service) and engage with clients on a regular basis to build and maintain positive relationships.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Any Engineering Degree/Diploma with 2-4 years' Experience in Service
Experience in handling of Regulators/ Breather valve/flame arrestor/ Cryogenic/Steam Product/control valves/ Regulators Erection & commissioning will be an added advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
