    Overview

    The SalesIntern plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team andgaining valuable handson experience in the field of sales. Theinternship provides an opportunity to learn about sales strategiescustomer interaction and product knowledge while contributing tothe achievement of sales targets.

    KeyResponsibilities

    • Assist in leadgeneration and prospectingactivities
    • Participate in sales meetings andtraining sessions
    • Conduct market research toidentify potential customers
    • Handle customerinquiries and provide productinformation
    • Support the sales team in preparingand delivering sales presentations
    • Collaboratewith team members to achieve salestargets
    • Assist in maintaining and updatingcustomer database
    • Monitor and report oncompetitor activities
    • Participate in analyzingsales data and trends
    • Contribute to thedevelopment of sales strategies andcampaigns
    • Assist in creating sales proposalsand contracts
    • Provide administrative support tothe sales team
    • Assist in resolving customercomplaints and issues
    • Attend networking eventsand industry conferences
    • Learn and adhere tocompany policies andprocedures

    RequiredQualifications

    • Pursuing a bachelor sdegree in Business Marketing or relatedfield
    • Strong verbal and written communicationskills
    • Ability to work well in a teamenvironment
    • Basic understanding of salesprinciples and techniques
    • Excellentinterpersonal and customer serviceskills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suiteand CRM software
    • Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities
    • Willingness to learn andtake initiative
    • Ability to handle multipletasks and prioritize effectively
    • Strongproblemsolving and analyticalskills
    • Flexibility to adapt to variouschallenges and tasks
    • Detailoriented with afocus on quality and accuracy
    • Positive attitudeand eagerness to succeed
    • Ability to maintainconfidentiality and professionalism
    • Previousexperience in retail or customer service is aplus
