    We are seeking a talented and dedicated Female candidate for the position of Tamil Voice Process Executive at our company located in Ambattur, Chennai.     Key Responsibilities:

    Handle inbound and outbound calls in Tamil, assisting customers with their queries and providing effective solutions

    Maintain accurate and detailed customer records

    Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals

    Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality service

    Requirements:

    Fluent in Tamil, both spoken and written

    Good communication skills in English

    Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

    Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

    Prior customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory

    Must be a female candidate residing in or near Ambattur
