    Position Overview :


    The FICO P2P Consultant will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation of Financial Accounting and Controlling (FICO) processes in SAP projects, specifically focusing on RTR (Record to Report), OTC (Order to Cash), and PTC (Procure to Cash) process areas within a Central Finance (CFIN) environment.

    The role requires a deep understanding of project requirements, design document preparation, system configuration, testing, and timely delivery of high-quality deliverables.


    Key Responsibilities :

    • Requirement Understanding: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
    • Design Document Preparation: Create comprehensive design documents outlining the proposed SAP configurations and solutions.
    • System Configuration: Configure SAP systems to meet the specified project requirements, ensuring alignment with best practices.
    • Testing: Develop and execute robust testing strategies to validate the functionality and performance of configured systems.
    • Delivery on RTR/OTC/PTC Processes: Ensure successful delivery of projects within stringent timelines, with no compromise on the quality of deliverables.
    • Independence: Demonstrate the ability to work independently, taking ownership of assigned tasks and delivering results with minimal supervision.

    Primary Skills :

    • SAP Implementation: Must have worked on at least two endtoend implementations of FICO processes in SAP projects.
    • SAP S/4 Hana Simple Finance/

    Central Finance:
    Work experience on SAP S/4 Hana Simple Finance or Central Finance is a prerequisite.

    • Interface Handling: Handson experience in handling interfaces, RTR customizations, and other related tasks.
    • Taxation Knowledge: Proficient in Withholding Taxation, Electronic Bank Statement (EBS), and Month-End processes.
    • Reporting Tools: Familiarity with AO (Analysis for Office) and Fiori Reporting Tool.

    Location Projects:
    Experience working in multi-location projects, handling multiple reporting hierarchies.


    Qualifications and Requirements :

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
    • SAP certification in FICO is highly desirable.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver highquality results.
