- Prepare materials and agendas for meetings, ensuring the founder is well-prepared and informed.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the founder's office, screening calls, responding to inquiries, and handling correspondence.
- Conduct research and compile information to support the founder's projects and initiatives.
- Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by the founder, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably supporting senior executives or founders.
- Experience in PR, communications, or media relations is highly desirable.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
