    Designation Senior/ Site engineer

    Location Borivli

    Salary Upto 7LPA

    PositionOverview: As a Senior/Site Engineer with over 12 years ofexperience in the construction industry you will play a crucialrole in overseeing and managing residential and commercial projectsfrom inception to completion. You will be responsible for ensuringthat projects are completed safely on time and within budget whilemaintaining the highest standards of quality.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    1. Project Management:Lead and manage residential and commercial construction projectsfrom planning and design stages through to completion. Coordinatewith project managers architects subcontractors and otherstakeholders to ensure project objectives aremet.
    2. Site Supervision: Oversee allonsite activities including but not limited to excavationfoundation work structural framing MEP installations finishing workand landscaping. Ensure compliance with construction drawingsspecifications building codes and safetyregulations.
    3. Quality Control: Implementquality control procedures to ensure workmanship and materials meetproject standards and specifications. Conduct regular inspectionsand quality audits to identify and address any deficienciespromptly.
    4. Schedule Management: Developand maintain project schedules including critical path analysis andmilestone tracking. Monitor progress against established timelinesand take proactive measures to mitigate delays andbottlenecks.
    5. Cost Management: Assist in thepreparation of project budgets and cost estimates. Monitor projectexpenditures review contractor invoices and identify costsavingopportunities without compromising quality orsafety.
    6. Team Leadership: Provideleadership and guidance to project teams including site engineersforemen and laborers. Foster a positive and collaborative workenvironment conducive to productivity innovation and continuousimprovement.
    7. Client Relations: Serve as theprimary point of contact for clients architects and consultantsduring the construction phase. Address client concerns provideprogress updates and ensure open communication channels to maintainstrong client relationships.
    8. Safety Compliance:Promote and enforce strict adherence to safety protocols andprocedures onsite. Conduct regular safety meetings inspections andtraining sessions to ensure a safe working environment for allpersonnel.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree in Civil EngineeringConstruction Management or related field.
    • Minimum of 12 years of experience in residentialand commercial construction with a proven track record of managingprojects of varying sizes and complexities.
    • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred butnot required.
    • Strongknowledge of construction methods materials andtechniques.
    • Proficiency inproject management software such as Primavera P6 Microsoft Projector similar tools.
    • Excellentleadership communication and interpersonalskills.
    • Ability tomultitask prioritize tasks and work effectively underpressure.
    • Thoroughunderstanding of building codes regulations and safetystandards.
    • Willingness totravel to project sites as required.
