    Job Title Process Improvement Senior Analyst
    Location: Bangalore-Manyata Tech Park

    Business & Team:
    The Chief Operating Office supports organization-wide needs to drive various initiatives spanning across Strategy & Performance, Robotic Process Automation, Data Reporting & Analytics, People Engagement Activities Etc. This position actively searches, creatively designs and implements effective methods to support the Global Capability Centre in India. In addition, this position evaluates effectiveness through performance metrics & Ensures alignment with strategic business objectives and maintain high quality standards.

    You will be part of the Process Improvement Automation team and would be responsible for optimizing the process by leveraging the automation tools and improve the process performance by developing automation solutions by reducing manual interventions.

    Your team will be responsible for building automation organization for the bank. Design automated solution in accordance with standard design principles and conventions.

    Impact&contribution:

  • Drive the initiatives for the bank in the area of automation.
  • Develop automation solutions for the bank to ensure the best controls are in place.
  • Act as an adviser to your business, delivering accurate and timely insights on performance information to key internal and external stakeholders.

    • Roles & responsibilities:

  • Developing Web applications, Reporting interface and Dashboards
  • Interpret data with various levels of problem solving and demonstrates ability to tell a story of the result.
  • Develop user friendly tools and web-based automations to automate/improve then operational tasks, reporting, tracking mechanism and work flows
  • Ability to create data tables, perform trend analysis for operational excellence
  • Release and Deployment of software to the Production/Test environments
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to identify errors
  • Identify problems and opportunities, recommending solutions
  • Experience in software automation, preferable in the design, development and implementation of automated tests, as well as associated tools, framework and infrastructures
  • Create/Develop SOP's for the bank to ensure the best practices are followed.
  • Strong client relationship management and customer service skills
  • Adhere to the Code of Conduct. The Code of Conduct sets the standards of behavior, actions and decisions we expect from our people.

    • Essential skills:

  • 5-7 years of experience in Software engineering - Web applications development
  • Must have knowledge in Project Planning, Application Design, Development, Testing, Implementation, Maintenance and Customization areas.
  • Strong knowledge in RDBMS
  • Working experience in Apex, Oracle PL SQL, Linux VM, Tomcat
  • Expert in writing Procedures/Functions/Packages/Triggers SQL queries
  • SQL queries performance fine tuning
  • Tools – GITHUB & JIRA
  • Added advantage Knowledge in reporting interface like Tableau & Microsoft PowerBI
  • Documentation for Process/Technical flow, Application User guides and SOP
  • Possess knowledge of Financial Services industry and/or Banking Operations (would be highly regarded)
  • Exceptional communication skills in written & spoken English.

    • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering/ information systems
    from an accredited university.
  • Minimum 3+years in Apex (Hands on), Oracle, PL SQL, Linux VM, Tomcat.
