    Key Responsibilities

    Recruitment

    • Develop Recruitment Strategies: Design and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-calibre educational professionals.
    • Manage Full Recruitment Lifecycle: Oversee all stages of the recruitment process including job postings, candidate sourcing, application screening, interviewing, and selection.
    • Collaborate with Program Heads: Work closely with academic and administrative leaders to understand staffing needs and ensure timely hiring.
    • Conduct Reference Checks: Perform thorough reference checks and background verifications for potential hires.
    • Maintain Candidate Database: Build and maintain a comprehensive database of potential candidates, tracking recruitment metrics to refine strategies.

    Employer Branding:

    • Promote Neev Academy as an employer of choice within the education sector.
    • Lead employment branding initiatives and participate in campus, networking events, and other outreach activities

    Data and Reporting:

    • Track and analyze key metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
    • Provide regular reports to the leadership team on hiring progress and challenges.
    Onboarding

    • Design Onboarding Programs: Develop a robust onboarding program to integrate new hires effectively into the school environment.
    • Coordinate Onboarding Processes: Ensure smooth coordination with various departments to facilitate seamless induction processes.
    • Prepare Onboarding Materials: Create and distribute necessary onboarding materials and ensure all logistical arrangements are in place for new hires.
    HR Operations

    • Oversee HR Operations: Manage day-to-day HR operations ensuring adherence to school policies and legal requirements.
    • Maintain Employee Records: Keep accurate and up-to-date records and HR databases.
    • Develop HR Policies: Assist in the creation, updating, and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
    Compliance and Reporting

    • Ensure Legal Compliance: Stay updated with labor laws and school regulations to ensure full compliance.
    • Prepare HR Reports: Generate and submit comprehensive HR reports to management and regulatory authorities as needed.
    Qualifications and Skills

    Educational Background:
    Master's degree in human resources

    Experience:
    Minimum of

    10 years

    of HR experience, with significant exposure to recruitment and operations within educational institutions. Good understanding of the IB curriculum and the specific needs of an international school setting.

    School Hiring Expertise:
    Proven track record in managing recruitment and talent acquisition strategies in an educational setting.

    Communication Skills:
    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

    Organizational Skills:
    Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.

    Technical Proficiency:
    Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

    Professional Integrity:
    High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
