    IBSFINCORP is a Loan Aggregator Company and industry leader for over a decade, providing loan facilities like Loan Against Property / Mortgage Loans, Working Capital Loans, Home Loans, Dropline OD, Overdraft/Cash Credit Limits, Letters of Credit, Packaging Credit, Bank Guarantee, Construction Loans, and NRI Loans to 300+ Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises. The company has partnered with top banks & and NBFCs to offer the best loan solutions to its clients.

    Role & Responsibilities

    • Working on the leads provided by VRM and meeting the Channel partners directly.
    • Explaining the association benefits and USPs to channel partners,
    • Achieving the Loan Disbursement sales target through the pool of Channel Partners.
    • Collect the documents and activate credit on file assessment.
    • Sending regular marketing feedback based on -payout / Product and policy.
    • Processing the file to the login stage by collecting the complete list of documents from clients.
    • Be the Interface between the client and the operations team from sourcing to sanction of the Lead.
    • Ensure agreement signing post sanction of loan and resolve queries of customers.
    • Maintaining a record of all the loan sanction letter copies.
    • Resolving payout-related issues and providing updates to Channel Partners of the same.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 2-5 years of experience
    • Good Communication skills ( Mandatory: English & Tamil). Hindi is an additional plus.
    • Prior experience in the banking or financial services (Loans) industry is a must.
    • Good Experience in Zoom Meetings, Google skills, and adaptability to CRMs.
    • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
    • Masters / Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
    • Familiarity with local markets and regulations is a plus.
