    Job Overview

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced US IT Bench Sales Recruiter Lead to join our team. As a Bench Sales Recruiter Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of recruiters and driving the bench sales process. You will work closely with clients to understand their staffing needs and identify qualified candidates for contract and ongoing requirements. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of experience in US IT bench sales, be familiar with various sourcing channels, and have a proven track record of meeting sales targets.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 4 to 6 years of experience in US IT bench sales
    • Proven track record of meeting sales targets
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Strong understanding of various sourcing channels
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

    • Bachelor's degree in a related field

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage a team of US IT Bench Sales Recruiters
    • Develop and implement effective bench sales strategies and processes
    • Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their staffing requirements
    • Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for contract and ongoing requirements
    • Negotiate competitive rates and ensure timely placement of candidates
    • Manage the bench sales pipeline and meet sales targets
    • Provide ongoing training and mentoring to recruiters
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market changes
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
    • Collaborate with other teams, such as HR and Account Management, to support client needs
