    Description

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    Contract Review and Modification:
    Thoroughly reviewdraft and modify commercial and federal contracts subcontractsincluding NDAs
    Teaming Agreements Work Orders and otherbusinessrelated agreements.
    Interpret and apply FederalAcquisition Regulations (FAR) to ensure compliance in all aspectsof the
    contracting process. Ensure contracts align withthe companys strategic objectives and comply with legal
    and regulatory requirements.
    Assist with modificationsto the GSA MAS and acquiring relevant SINs as necessary.
    Oversees compliance with critical Federal Acquisition Service (FAS)Sales Reporting requirements and
    remitting theIndustrial Funding Fee.
    Reporting contract closeoutsales and performing any required sales adjustments on historicaldata.
    Leads the planning and managing the partnershipneeds with industry technology vendors and technology
    collaborations.

    US Contracts Expertise:
    Bringspecialized knowledge of US contracts laws and regulations to theBusiness
    Development team. Navigate complex legallanguage and provide insights into USspecificcontractual
    considerations. Understands US federalbusiness terms and industry standards.

    ContractNegotiation:
    Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders tonegotiate and finalize contract
    terms that align withbusiness goals. Foster open and transparent communication toaddress concerns and reach
    mutually beneficialagreements.

    Risk Management:
    Identify assess andmitigate legal and contractual risks associated withbusiness
    development contracts. Advise the team on riskmitigation strategies.

    Documentation and Compliance:
    Maintain accurate and organized contract files and documentation.
    Ensure
    compliance with company policies legalrequirements and industry standards.

    Bid ProposalEvaluation:
    Participate in the evaluation of bids and proposals toensure compliance with
    solicitationrequirements.


    Meetings Participation:
    Actively engage in internal meetings with crossfunctional teams toprovide contractual guidance and
    support. Represent the organization in external meetings withsubcontractors and potential business partners.
    Cultivate and maintain positive relationships ensuring clearcommunication and understanding of
    contractualrequirements.


    Other areas of support:
    Managesthe lease renewals.
    Provide support for certificationrequirements and compliance as necessary including SAMrevalidations
    ISO certifications and CMMI in accordancewith company standards.
    Performs miscellaneousjobrelated tasks as required.

    Timezone Flexibility:
    Workflexible hours to accommodate the US EST timezone collaboratingseamlessly with
    the internal and externalstakeholders.


    Qualifications:

    EducationalBackground:
    Bachelors or Masters degree in Law Business or arelated field.

    Experience:
    Minimum of 45 years ofexperience as a Contracts Specialist with a focus on businessdevelopment
    related contracts. Prior experience with UScontracts is highly desirable.

    Technical Skills:
    Proficient in legal research and contract management tools. Strongunderstanding of contract
    law and legalprinciples.

    Time Management:
    Ability to manage andprioritize multiple contracts and tasks efficiently.

    Communication Skills:
    Excellent written and verbal communicationskills in English. Ability to articulate complex
    legalconcepts in a clear and concise manner.
