    We are on the lookout for strong PM/Delivery professionals with the following skills.

    Job Title :
    Technical Project Manager(Azure/.NET)

    Education :
    BE/BTech/ME/ MTech/ MSc/MCA

    Experience : 10-14 years


    Location :
    Bangalore


    Description:

    • Atleast 10+years development experience required with a minimum of 4+ years as project manager on Microsoft/Cloud related technologies
    • Experience in handling Fixed Price and T&M projects is Mandatory
    • Good in Agile Scrum Process
    • Maintain project plans, track project progress, document status reports, and presentations
    • Understand the dependencies and identify tasks so that the project tasks can be completed successfully
    • Coordinate with client teams to follow-up and manage smooth execution of project tasks
    • Prepare status reports and provide regular updates to stakeholders
    • Follow the escalation frameworks to communicate and resolve issues
    • Ability and keen to understand the functional and data flow of systems
    • Good working knowledge of SDLC phases
    • Good working knowledge of project management processes
    • Coordinate with client teams to follow-up and manage smooth execution of project tasks
    • Prepare status reports and provide regular updates to stakeholders
    • Follow the escalation frameworks to communicate and resolve issues
    • Must have worked with US/UK clients
    • Working with solution team/client, development Team Leaders to plan, monitor and track progress of the development team effort.
    Skills and competencies

    • Understand stakeholder needs and interests and ability to manage the expectations
    • Ability to coordinate with the on-site and off-shore teams.
    • Technical Leadership: Successfully recruited, inducted, motivated, and led multiple technical teams in fast-paced environments. Able to manage large projects with multiple partners.

    Project/Program Management:

    Successfully managed the complete development life cycle using Software Best Practices, Analytical and Communication skills to successfully deliver high-tech projects/products.


    Technical Versatility:

    Strong technical experience in a variety of Technologies (Cloud, UI, Mobile, Web, Database) and Programming languages (Angular, Javascript,J2EE, ASP.Net, JavaScript, SQL, HTML, iOS and Android).


    Good Communicator:
    Able to present both Technical and non-Technical information. Very effective at disseminating information with a strong belief in transparency.
    Strong team player with capabilities working with globally distributed teams
