    The Role

    We are looking for a talented go-getter who can think out-of-the-box for creating impactful designs. A person who does not shy away from experimenting and can visualise & create designs which are in trend and aligned with the future of the clients journey, will get an opportunity to be a part of our core team.

    What we are looking for

    1. A creative thinker who is willing to think out of the box
    2. Is well versed with the design tools and is aware of the latest trends and styles
    3. Has the ability to collaborate with team members and can articulate ideas and is confident to present the same.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Understand client's brief and deliver designs as per their brand guidelines
    2. Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets
    3. Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital media
    4. Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends
    5. Design groundbreaking ideas for day-to-day tasks, company services and product presentations and client pitch decks
    6. Make confident design decisions, and be supportive in helping others develop their ideas

    Skills Required

    1. Qualifications - Degree (or equivalent) in Design, or related field
    2. At least 1-2 years' graphic design experience, with a focus on branding and brand building
    3. A proven track record of creative idea generation and development
    4. An ability to think strategically with knowledge of marketing principles and how they impact design
    5. Strong presentation, organisational and time management skills
    6. Fluency in English
    7. A keen ability to work with and motivate others on the team
    8. Confident, results-oriented, hands-on, and self-motivated
    9. Proficient in design software. Well skilled in all Microsoft Office programs (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), Adobe Acrobat and an understanding of the capabilities of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design)
