- Client Acquisition and Retention: Actively pursue new client relationships while maintaining and enhancing existing ones. Understand client needs and propose customized risk management solutions that add value.
- Sales and Negotiation: Lead sales presentations and negotiations, ensuring that the value proposition of MNS Credit Management Group's risk management services is clearly communicated and understood.
- Collaboration with Risk Analysts: Work closely with risk analysts and other internal stakeholders to develop comprehensive risk management solutions that meet client needs.
- Industry Networking: Represent MNS Credit Management Group at industry events, conferences, and seminars to build a network and promote our risk management services.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports on sales activity, market trends, and competitive analysis to senior management. Utilize this data to refine and adjust business development strategies as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, FRM) is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with specific experience in risk management services.
- Strong understanding of risk management principles, financial analytics, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet business objectives.
