    Company Description

    Bharat Jal is a water treatment and technology initiative that is aiming to solve the problem of clean and affordable drinking water in India. The company is located in Delhi and established 2000LPH small water plants at multiple locations in the Delhi/NCR Region and supply potable hot & cold beverages through electric 3-wheeler vending machines. Bharat Jal intends to make clean and potable beverages accessible and cost-friendly to the locals through mobile Vending E-Vehicles.

    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Franchise Development Manager. The Franchise Development Manager will be responsible for franchise sales, business planning, franchising, lead generation, and training. The Franchise Development Manager will work closely with the Operations and Finance teams to facilitate the growth of the franchise network across Delhi to start with & expand it within the country.

    Qualifications

    • Experience in franchise sales, business planning, and franchising compulsory
    • Ability to generate leads and develop relationships with potential franchisees
    • Experience in training and development of franchisees and staff
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Experience in the water treatment or related industry is a plus
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field
