    Responsibilities:

    We are seeking a talented and experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in technology, staffing, and non-IT hiring processes. They will play a key role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to drive our company's success.

    Responsibilities:

    • with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
    • screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
    • interviews, assess candidate qualifications and make recommendations to hiring managers.
    • the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
    • and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment partners.
    • updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment processes and outcomes.
    • guidance and support to hiring managers on interviewing techniques, candidate assessment, and talent acquisition best practices.
    • in the development and implementation of recruitment policies, procedures, and tools to streamline and optimize the hiring process.
    • recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management on hiring progress, candidate pipeline, and other key performance indicators.

    Requirements:

    • degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • experience as a Talent Acquisition Consultant or in a similar role, with a focus on technology, staffing, and non-IT hiring.
    • knowledge of recruitment methods, tools, and techniques, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media recruiting platforms.
    • communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence candidates and hiring managers.
    • in English (additional language proficiency is a plus).
    • to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information.
    • organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
    • to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.

    Education and Experience:

    • degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
    • experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role.
    • understanding of Recruitment roles, employment laws, and industry trends.
    • communication and interpersonal skills.
    • ability to build strong relationships with Candidates.
