As a Pre-Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in understanding the business needs of our clients and presenting tailored SAP ERP solutions to meet those requirements. Your expertise in SAP ERP modules, excellent communication skills, and ability to build strong client relationships will be essential in driving successful pre-sales activities.
Responsibilities:
1. **Client Needs Analysis:**
Conduct a thorough analysis of client business processes and requirements.
Collaborate with clients to understand their challenges and objectives.
2. **Solution Presentation:**
Develop and present SAP ERP solutions that address client needs.
Create compelling presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of SAP ERP.
3. **Technical Expertise:**
Demonstrate deep understanding of SAP ERP modules and integration capabilities.
Stay updated on the latest SAP ERP trends and advancements.
4. **Collaboration:**
Work closely with Sales and Account Management teams to align pre-sales activities with overall business strategies.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the proposed solutions align with the client's technical environment.
5. **Proposal Development:**
Create detailed and customized proposals for clients, outlining the recommended SAP ERP solutions.
Provide accurate effort estimates and pricing information.
6. **Client Relationship Management:**
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Address client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and expertise.
7. **Market Research:**
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands related to SAP ERP solutions.
8. **Training and Knowledge Sharing:**
Conduct training sessions for sales teams on SAP ERP features and benefits.
Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience in SAP ERP implementation and configuration.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of SAP ERP modules (e.g., SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA).
Ability to analyze complex business processes and propose effective solutions.
Previous experience in a pre-sales or consulting role is highly desirable.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
Certifications in SAP ERP modules are a plus.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and presentations as needed.
