    Description

    Job Responsibilities:

    1. Lead and manage a team of Field HRs responsible for HR responsibilities at designated outlets.
    2. Ensure smooth payroll processing, including ensuring compliance requirements, adherence to minimum wages, attendance, leave, and deductions and full and final settlements.
    3. Manage performance appraisal processes, ensuring alignment with reward management and career growth objectives.
    4. Ensure the prompt resolution of employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations.
    5. Engage in project-based and high involvement hiring processes, ensuring cost optimization.
    6. Collaborate with Operations for manpower planning, recruitment, and induction.
    7. Assess and interact with sourcing agents, clients, and vendors for resource requirements beneficial to business financials.
    8. Lead the training and development initiatives of the organization to improve employee productivity and build capability.
    9. Identify training needs across levels and implement HR policies, processes, and systems for excellence.
