    Below is the expectation from the TL role

    • Overall experience +6yrs (preferred)
    • Hands on TL exp (on paper) – 3 to 4 yrs (as suggested, happy to look into SME experience as well subject it is on paper)
    • Role – 70% hands-on and 30% management activities (this is subject to vary depending on business dynamics)

    Competencies (Soft & Technical skills)

    • Good Comms (written and verbal)
    • MS office knowledge (especially excel)
    • Proactive thinking
    • Highly flexible
    • Performance & KPI management – Succession Plans, PIPs etc
    • Fast Paced Hands-on recruitment (key)
    • Well versed with UK geography (preferred) however we are flexible with other geographies (US) etc

    Hands-on – Individual

    • Minimum 14 subs a week to onshore resource manager of which 10+ subs to end client
    • Minimum GP of £3K+ per month
    • Above is subject to change given business ask

    Management activities – Team

    • Daily and weekly MI reporting on team performance
    • Daily / Weekly meetings with team & onshore resource managers (multiple stakeholders)
    • Performance management of c12 FTE's (Team size). Driving minimum 20 subs per week per person to onshore resource manager of which 14+ to end client. Ensuring minimum 120 calls with talk time of 2+ hours per person
    • Monthly 1-1s (documented)
    • Ensuring recruitment process is thoroughly followed by the team (conduct process wellness checks)
    • Work in conjunction with offshore SDM to exceed expectations of onshore team (client)

    Good to Know

    • Dual reporting SDM (offshore) & Resource Manager (onshore)
    • Staff augmentation, control is majorly with onshore(client) however driving Sopra Steria values & initiatives is equally important
