    Description
    Assistant Manager - Account Executive

    Generating invoices, account statements and maintaining records of vouchers, payments, etc

    • Reconciliations : Bank, Inter company, vendor, stock.
    • Handling all banking related works
    • Communicating with clients and vendors through phone calls or email
    • Preparing profit and loss statements
    • Making payments through various modes like NEFT, RTGS, cash, cheques, etc and keeping track of them
    • Finalizing accounts, assisting in audits, maintaining ledger, maintaining account of fixed assets, and conducting all other accounting activities
    • Preparing monthly financial and management reports
    • Identifying and resolving any irregularities or enquiries
    • Assisting in general financial management and analysis
    • Assists in generating monthly billing statements
    • Drafts correspondence for standard pastdue accounts and collections identifies delinquent accounts by reviewing files.
    • Assist in streamlining and improving the accounts receivable process identifying areas of performance improvement
    • Perform daily cash management duties, including the recording of bank deposits, updating and distribution of cash receipt logs, and posting of cash to the accounts receivable subledger
    • Practical Knowledge of GST filing
    • Filing Monthly, Quarterly and Annual GST returns
    • Ensure compliance for ESI, PF and other statutory requirement.
