    Designation:Sr. FinanceController

    TasksandResponsibilities:

    Budgeting&Forecasting:

    • Developand build quarterly / halfyearly / annual budgets for theorganization.
    • Supportmanagement in forecasting the business on a quarterlybasis.
    • Establishallocation keys to enable costanalysis.
    • Conductvariance analysis in cost and expenses in the financialreport.
    • Preparationof MIS on a regularbasis.

    ContractManagement:

    • Initiateexecution and implementation of contracts for optimalefficiency.
    • Ensurecontract compliance with group companies and allvendors.

    Reporting:

    Coordinationwith LHTstakeholders.

    Process:

    • Bringin best practices controls and automation in helping productivityand efficiencysupport
    • corporateinitiatives including implementations transformationetc.
    • Maintainhigh standards in the financial reportingprocess.

    Backgroundand Requirements

    JobRequirements:

    Qualifications:

    • QualifiedCA with minimum 35 years of work experience or MBA with minimum of710 years of relevant workexperience.
    • Workingexperience in dealing with senior management in theorganization.
    • Strongknowledge in Financial Planning andAnalysis.
    • Strongknowledge of Office Applications viz Excel Wordetc
    • Workingexperience on ERPs like Oracle SAPetc
    • Workingexperience in dealing with multiple stakeholders internal andexternal.
    • Abilityto handle the role independently strong team player flexible onwork hours and able to work underpressure.
