    What you'll be doing:

    • This person will apply different Analytics in various areas of Tele-Collections
    • Collection of Data Analysis for performance improvement
    • Client relationship and coordination
    • Investigate Historical Data for product debt
    • Analyze the segment to identify performance gaps/ Steps that are missed
    • Maintain and Update collections SOPs on a time-to-time basis.
    • Weekly and Monthly business reviews, presentations with clients
    • Dialer Management
    • Pri/DID's/Port understanding
    • Tele collection and Team handling

    What we're looking for:

    • A person should come with previous experience of 3 to 5 years in Tele Collection and Strategy
    • Working knowledge of MS- Excel, databases, Powerpoint
    • Good communication skills verbal and writing
