    Consultant – SAP Commerce Cloud Operation - chennai, India - EagleBurgmann

    Description

    Responsibilities

  • Quality assurance & test management.
  • Accept regular releases.
  • Support the business process experts in release acceptance.
  • Plan & organize knowledge transfer to Business.
  • Define test automation requirements.
  • Do configuration of required changes within the provided functionalities of SAP Commerce Cloud standard or customized ones.
  • Participate in agile working IT team as developer for small fixes.
  • Be the first point of contact for our process experts.
  • Collaborate with headquarter and onshore supplier.
  • Evaluate concepts for a smoother run of the Online shop – this can be identifying possible automatism to reduce redundant manual tasks, test automation requirements, monitoring enhancements, stabilization features.
  • Enhance the knowledge on business side about processes and data correlations.
  • Training sessions and similar are in your responsibility.
  • Provide recorded trainings in our academy.

    • Qualifications

  • Excellent knowledge and 3+ years' experience in SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) development via a CI/CD Chain, core concepts and commerce concepts, development of extensions and add-ons, SOLR search engine.
  • Strong Knowledge in Backoffice: Administration and Product cockpit, as well as SmartEdit usage.
  • Strong knowledge with integrations to back-end systems, in particular other systems in the SAP landscape.
  • Hands on experience in analyzing issues via Kibana Logs, CPI iFlow Logs or iDoc monitoring in S/4.
  • Good hands-on knowledge of index configuration and data maintenance via Excel upload.
  • Good Knowledge in the training of colleagues.
  • Good experience in communicating with business.
  • Excellent English language skills.
