    Role Description

    This is a full-time in-office role for a ServiceNow Developer located in Chennai and Hyderabad. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for developing and customizing ServiceNow applications, ensuring the system is efficiently integrated and meets the needs of the business. You will work closely with our experienced development team, contributing to the overall success of our ServiceNow solutions.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Design and develop ServiceNow applications and modules, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
    • Customize and configure workflows, forms, fields, scripts, business rules, UI policies, and other ServiceNow components.
    • Implement and configure ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) modules, such as Discovery, Service Mapping, Event management, and CMDB (Configuration Management Database)
    • Collaborate with infrastructure and operations teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date configuration data within the CMDB.
    • Issue identification and resolution.

    Qualifications

    • More than 3 years of experience in application development on the ServiceNow platform.
    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Physical Sciences, or a related technical field; or equivalent related professional experience.
    • Proven experience as a key technical resource leading the development of solutions.
    • Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons, and risks) around all key technical decisions during project delivery.

    Skills Required

    • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) Certification is mandatory.
    • Any one CIS Certification apart from ITOM Certification is mandatory.
