    Description

    Must Have :

    • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design for software applications.
    • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), and other relevant software.
    • Leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring a design team.

    Educational qualification :
    must be from design background- design/visual communication


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 6 UI/UX designers, ensuring efficient workflows and highquality output.
    • Collaborate with product management, business, and other stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into visually appealing and userfriendly designs.
    • Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for webbased software applications, focusing on usability and user experience.
    • Utilize industrystandard tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), and other design software to create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.
    • Participate in design reviews and present design solutions to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and iterate designs.
    • Stay uptodate on the latest design trends and technologies to ensure designs are modern, innovative, and effective.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. Master's Degree in Design or a related field is a plus.
    • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design for software applications.
    Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), and other relevant software.

    • Strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design work for webbased applications.
    • Proven leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring a design team.
    • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and solutions to various stakeholders.
    • Strong problemsolving skills and a keen attention to detail.
    • Passionate about creating usercentred designs that provide seamless user experiences.
