    Human Resources Generalist - Mumbai, India - 3 Minds Digital

    Key Responsibilities

    • Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee the endtoend employee lifecycle from recruitment, onboarding, and off
    boarding.
    Recru
    - itment: Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and hiring.
    Onboa
    - rding: Coordinate the onboarding process to ensure new hires are well-integrated and equipped with the necessary tools and information.
    Offbo
    - arding: Handle the offboarding process, including exit interviews, paperwork, and ensuring a smooth transition for departing employees.
    MIS &

    • HRMS – Maintain and Update tracker( Daily/ Monthly). Well versed in HR portal Payro
    - ll Input – Assist in Payroll finalization in respect to attendance, leaves, expenses etc. Release of Salary slips.
    Emplo
    - yee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR issues, providing guidance and support to resolve conflicts and promote a positive workplace culture.

    Employee Engagement:
    Plan and execute monthly employee engagement activities to boost morale, foster team spirit, and enhance workplace culture.


    • Administrative Oversight
    • Office Management: Ensure efficient daytoday office operations, including maintaining office supplies, managing vendor relationships, and overseeing facility mai
    ntenance.
    Admin
    - istrative Support: Provide administrative support to the executive team and other departments, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.

    Oversee the IT helpdesk operations, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues for e

    - m Administration: Oversee the administration of company systems and applications, including user account management, system updates, and data backups.

    Qualifications

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a relat
    ed field.
    Exper
    - ience: At least 3-5 years of experience in HR, administrative management, and IT coordination, preferably in a similar role.
