    We are rapidly expanding our dynamic team and plan to launch promising new products, features, and verticals in the near future.


    We are looking to hire a skilled and dynamic HR Generalist who will play a pivotal role in planning & executing various HR functions including managing the hiring process, employee engagement, policy development and nurturing a positive workplace culture.


    Key Responsibilities:
    1.

    Talent Forecasting and AcquisitionForecast talent requirements and plan accordingly.
    Manage the entire hiring process, from job posting to onboarding.
    Implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.

    2.

    Training and DevelopmentPlan and manage comprehensive employee training programs.
    Identify training needs and develop initiatives to enhance employee skills.

    3.

    Organizational Culture and Employer BrandingBuild a great culture, making the organization an attractive place to work.
    Enhance employer branding to attract top talent and control attrition.

    4.

    Employee Engagement and Team BuildingConceptualize and drive employee engagement initiatives.
    Organize team-building exercises to foster collaboration and camaraderie.

    5.

    Employee Relations and Issue ResolutionWork closely with all functions and business units to address employee issues proactively.
    Provide guidance on employee relations and conflict resolution.

    6.

    Performance ManagementManage performance review processes to ensure fairness and effectiveness.
    Provide support and guidance to managers on performance-related issues.

    7.

    HR Policy Development and ComplianceDevelop fair HR policies and ensure employee compliance.
    Stay updated on HR best practices and legal requirements.


    Desired Candidate Profile:
    1.

    Experience and SkillsA seasoned HR professional with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
    Experience working with reputed brands or startups.
    Demonstrable leadership abilities and strong interpersonal skills.


    • EducationBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldMaster's degree in HR or a related discipline is a plus.

    CompetenciesExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    A quick learner with strong influencing capabilities.
    Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
