    HR GeneralistJob location:
    Andheri West

    Core KRA's for this Role would be below:

    • Responsible for providing strategic support to the Organizationregarding best practices to maximize employee efficiencies & ensureseamless operations for a diverse workforce throughout the employee lifecycle.2. Assist in fostering a culture of continuous improvement throughperformance management.3. Mentor managers on employee development best practices.4. Administer Payroll & Employee Benefits.5. Provide guidance on employee behaviour and conflict resolution.6. Conduct investigations in response to employee complaints.7. Partner with leadership to develop succession plans8. Understand the roles of the current employees and develop crisp KRA'sfor them.9. Develop a method or a cycle to ensure quarterly reviews on theperformance of the staff.10. Employee engagement11. Develop KRA's and set up recruitment initiatives to hire the rightpeople in the organization.12.Oversee full-cycle of recruitment efforts

    Qualification:
    Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, or related area


    Experience:
    2 to 4 years work experience in HR Generalist profile

    Strong interpersonal and communication skills

    Designation :
    HR Manager (for candidates with experience of 3 years and above)HR Executive (for candidates with 2 years of experience)

    Office timings : 10 am to 6.30 pm


    Weekly off:
    Sunday

    Rounds of Interview : 2 Rounds

    Documents required :
