    Human Resources Generalist - Mumbai, India - 3 Minds Digital

    Experience Required: At least 3-5 years

    Notice Period: Immediate - 15 days

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Employee Lifecycle Management:
      Overseeing the entire employee journey from recruitment to offboarding.
    • Recruitment:
      Managing the recruitment process from job postings to hiring.
    • Onboarding:
      Coordinating the onboarding process for new hires.
    • Offboarding:
      Handling the offboarding process for departing employees.
    • MIS & HRMS: Maintaining and updating daily/monthly tracker, assisting in Payroll finalization.
    • Employee Relations: Acting as a point of contact for HR issues and promoting a positive workplace culture.
    • Monthly Employee Engagement: Planning and executing activities to boost morale and enhance workplace culture.

    Administrative Oversight:

    • Office Management: Ensuring efficient office operations and overseeing facility maintenance.
    • Administrative Support: Providing support to the executive team and handling administrative tasks.
    • IT Coordination:
      Managing IT helpdesk operations and system administration.

    Qualifications:

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
    • Experience: 3-5 years in HR, admin management, and IT coordination.
    • Skills:
      Strong knowledge of HR principles, proficient in office management, solid understanding of IT infrastructure, excellent communication skills, ability to multitask, and proficiency in HR software and IT tools.
