Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our Customer Success team as Customer Success Associates.
This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who possess hands-on knowledge of digital marketing and exceptional communication and written English skills.
Responsibilities:
Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring their success with our products or services.
Provide support to customers via various channels, including email, chat, and phone, to resolve queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Product Development, to ensure seamless customer experiences.Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients as needed.
Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve our products and services.
Assist in the development of customer success strategies and initiatives.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
3 years experience in Customer Success.
Hands-on knowledge of digital marketing concepts.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong written English skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic team environment.
Freshers are welcome to apply; prior internship or relevant experience is a plus.
