    • MBA (finance) or CA
    Financial Business Partnering involves providing dedicated financial support and advice to different business units to help boost growth, profitability, and operational efficiency. Finance Business Partners closely collaborate with business leaders, offering consulting, coaching, and insights to support business decision-making and enhance performance.
    The professional stream comprises individuals who are individual contributors, focusing on applying technical knowledge rather than managing teams to achieve results. They may mentor less experienced staff, oversee the work of other professionals, or manage processes and programs. Their responsibilities may range from setting objectives and fulfilling their own tasks to becoming an expert in a specific field and influencing the organization's long-term decisions.
    Progression within this stream indicates an increase in professional knowledge depth, project management skills, and the ability to influence others. Professionals at this level work independently within defined guidelines in a specific area but may require supervision and support for more intricate tasks.
