    Description
    This position involves workingindependently on Architectural & Interior Design projectsfor our international clients in Commercial Residential HospitalityHealthcare Retail & Institutional sectors involving thefollowing aspects
    • Reporting to theManager of Architecture Design.
    • Ability tounderstand various Architectural and Interior Design elementsconstruction methods and its various detailingrequirements.
    • To work with the team and deliverthe Architectural and Interior Design Documentation projects withintime budget and quality that isrequired.
    • Ability to prepare and / orcomprehend concept design intent and further develop the designelements in line with clientrequirements.
    • Ability to learn and work usingstandards and building codes local to regions across theworld.
    • Ability to prepare detailed designdevelopment (DD) sets as well as construction documentation (CD)sets including extraction of Bills of Quantities(BOQs)
    • Ability to learn and work on BIM(Building Information Modelling) tools such asRevit.
    • Ability to communicate client objectivesto team members in clear compellingway.
    This job alsoinvolves the following aspects
    • Ability toindependently communicate with clients stakeholders leaders andpeers in written and spoken English.
    • Ability todisplay Leadership skills and mentor Junior Architects and CADTechnicians with respect.
    • Ability to gettrained on and work on newer Architectural DesignSoftware.
    • Ability to undertake offshore visitto clients offices if required for detailed training and onetoonesessions.
    • Display of positive attitude andflexibility collaborative nature andempathy.
    • Willingness to accept and implementconstructivefeedback.


    Qualificationsand Experience
    1. Bachelorsor masters degree in architecture
    2. Architectsregistration with COA or equivalent agency would bepreferred.
    3. Minimum 2 years of experience in theArchitecture and Design industry.
    4. Experience ofworking on international building codes such as those in the US /UK / Australia will be stronglypreferred.
    5. Experience of having worked onAutoCAD & Revit will bepreferred.
    6. Experience of using MSOffice
    7. Proven experience of having successfullymanaged client communicationindependently.
    8. Experience / knowledge inenvironment friendly or sustainable design would bepreferred.
