- Improvement in profit margins.
- Effective resolution of client issues and relationship management.
- Expansion and penetration into new geographical markets.
- Minimum of 8-12 years of business development experience, preferably in the construction industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and presentation skills.
- Proven success in business development, sales, or marketing within the architecture, engineering, or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction industry, project pricing, leads generation, current industry connections, and effective communication.
