    The ideal candidate will spearhead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners, driving new business opportunities. This individual should possess strong communication skills, strategic thinking abilities, and a track record of executing successful strategies.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead Generation through Various Methods
    • Guide Leads through the Sales Process and arrange Meetings with Coaches for Coaching Sessions
    • Follow up with leads for conversion
    • Develop and manage client database
    • Cultivate new relationships to foster business growth
    • Maintain existing client relationships
    • Strategize for project success
    • Organize seminars and webinars to attract potential clients
    • Collaborate with Marketing Communication Agency to execute Marketing Plan
    • Manage schedules and meetings for the Coaches
    • Support MD in HR and Admin tasks
    • Take on additional responsibilities as assigned

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
    • 3 - 4 years' experience in related business development
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proven track record of successful development strategies
    • Goal-oriented mindset
