    PositionCustomer SuccessManager

    TheCustomer Success Manager will be responsible for driving renewalsof our customers andensuring

    that theyderive maximum value from the use of Simplotel. To achieve this theaccount managerwill

    interact regularlywith the clients and build a strong lasting relationship and driveimprovements tothe

    customer s usage ofSimplotel and drive adoption of new features that helpcustomers.

    Responsibilities:

    Drive renewals and upsells forSimplotel.

    Be in touchwith our customers analyse opportunities for improvement andconvince the

    customersto adopt suchsuggestions.

    Build andmaintain strong longlastingrelationships.

    Understand various analytics of our customers and craft andimplement strategies to growit.

    Deliver metrics andanalysis to customers to ensure that they understand the value ofour platform

    Manageschedule and prioritize well in order to meetdeadlines

    Skillsrequired

    0 3years of Account Management or other customer facingexperience.

    Graduatedegree in Engineering Business or Hotel Management. MBA a plus.Excellent written

    andverbal communication skills. Ability to convince internalstakeholders andcustomers.

    Stronganalytical skills and good knowledge ofExcel.

    Ability to workin cross functionalteams.

    Experience indelivering clientfocused solutions based on customerneeds

    Excellentlistening negotiation and presentationskills

    Ability toprioritize among competingtasks

    Keen attention todetail and adherence todeadlines.

    Knowledge ofecommerce Web analytics & SEO is aplus.
